The INNOVA Project 2021-1-DE02-KA220-ADU -000035813 wants to offer adequate training and effective tools to adult educators, so that they are able to recognise, evaluate and validate the employability skills and basic skills of migrants, previous work experience and other relevant attributes.
The project aims to contribute to the professionalization of the work of adult educators, promote the acquisition of transversal skills to strengthen their professional development and strengthen interregional and international cooperation in the field of adult education.
